They came in, explained everything, did exactly what they said they would do and I had my funds in a matter of days. They dealt with everything. I paid no closing costs, no repairs and only took from the house what my family and I needed. They even let us stay in the house after closing until we were able to get into our new place. Losing your home is never a good experience nor does it feel very good, but overall Michael and his team made it as good as it possibly could be and they saved me from having a foreclosure on my record and I should be able to buy a new home I can afford within the next 12 months.
